Delivery charges are added to the product price where applicable. All prices displayed in the Online Store are in euros (\u20ac).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"763\">The delivery fee depends on the buyer&#8217;s location and the selected delivery method. The delivery cost is displayed during the checkout process.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"848\">Information about each product is provided directly on its respective product page.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"853\" \/>\n<h1 data-section-id=\"1xmztll\" data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"873\">Placing an Order<\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"958\">To place an order, the customer must add the desired products to the shopping cart.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"960\" data-end=\"1196\">To complete the order, the customer must fill in the required information fields and choose a suitable delivery method. The total amount payable will then be displayed and can be securely paid using one of the following payment methods:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1419\">\n<li data-section-id=\"vivc19\" data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1229\">Estonian online bank payments<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1skchat\" data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1260\">Finnish online bank payments<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"oafnl\" data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1291\">Latvian online bank payments<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1kuro19\" data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1325\">Lithuanian online bank payments<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"9q89uq\" data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1345\">Visa \/ Mastercard<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"cffl60\" data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1357\">Apple Pay<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jaet6x\" data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1370\">Google Pay<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"hoxcvk\" data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1401\">Buy Now, Pay Later solutions<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1lfqdn8\" data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1419\">Kniks Gift Card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1575\"><strong data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1428\">NB!<\/strong> When paying via online banking, please make sure to click the <strong data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1515\">&#8220;Return to Merchant&#8221;<\/strong> button on your bank&#8217;s website after completing the payment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1577\" data-end=\"1622\">Payments are processed by <strong data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1621\">Maksekeskus AS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1624\" data-end=\"1897\">Payments are made outside the Online Store in a secure environment. When paying by online bank transfer, payment is processed in the secure environment of the respective bank. When paying by credit card, payment is processed in the secure environment of <strong data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"1896\">Maksekeskus AS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1899\" data-end=\"1984\">The seller does not have access to the customer&#8217;s banking or credit card information.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1986\" data-end=\"2094\">The sales agreement becomes effective once the payment has been received in the Online Store&#8217;s bank account.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2274\">The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor, <strong data-start=\"2255\" data-end=\"2273\">Maksekeskus AS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2276\" data-end=\"2579\">If the ordered goods cannot be delivered because they are out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible. All payments made by the buyer, including delivery costs, will be refunded without delay and no later than <strong data-start=\"2527\" data-end=\"2538\">14 days<\/strong> from the date the notification was sent.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2581\" data-end=\"2584\" \/>\n<h1 data-section-id=\"85kjbu\" data-start=\"2586\" data-end=\"2596\">Delivery<\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"2598\" data-end=\"2646\">Products are shipped to the following countries:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2648\" data-end=\"2667\">\n<li data-section-id=\"4j4137\" data-start=\"2648\" data-end=\"2657\">Estonia<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"14a44ge\" data-start=\"2658\" data-end=\"2667\">Finland<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2669\" data-end=\"2727\">The following delivery options are available to the buyer:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2729\" data-end=\"2783\"><em data-start=\"2729\" data-end=\"2783\">(Choose the delivery methods offered by your store.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2785\" data-end=\"2878\">Delivery costs are borne by the buyer and are displayed next to the selected shipping method.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2880\" data-end=\"3034\">Orders within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within <strong data-start=\"2968\" data-end=\"2989\">1\u20133 business days<\/strong> after the sales agreement enters into force.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3036\" data-end=\"3112\">International deliveries are generally completed within <strong data-start=\"3092\" data-end=\"3111\">5 calendar days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3114\" data-end=\"3181\">In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to <strong data-start=\"3160\" data-end=\"3180\">45 calendar days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-section-id=\"1fwgj6r\" data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"22\">Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"24\" data-end=\"161\">After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement concluded in the Online Store within <strong data-start=\"149\" data-end=\"160\">14 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"163\" data-end=\"233\">The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"235\" data-end=\"481\">To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered product may only be used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, in the same manner as would be permitted when testing the product in a physical store.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"483\" data-end=\"749\">If the product has been used for purposes other than determining its nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if it shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the product&#8217;s value.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"854\">To return a product, the buyer must submit a withdrawal request. The withdrawal form can be found here:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"915\"><strong data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"915\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/amyvicolors.com\/et\/taganemisavaldus\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"913\">https:\/\/amyvicolors.com\/taganemisavaldus\/<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"1036\">The completed withdrawal form must be sent to <strong data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"981\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"979\">info@amyvi.com<\/a><\/strong> no later than <strong data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"1007\">14 days<\/strong> after receiving the product.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1038\" data-end=\"1249\">The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is that the returned product does not correspond to the order (for example, the wrong or defective product was delivered).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1448\">The buyer must return the product within <strong data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1303\">14 days<\/strong> after submitting the withdrawal request or provide proof that the product has been handed over to the carrier within the above-mentioned period.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1669\">Upon receiving the returned product, the Online Store shall refund all payments received from the buyer under the sales agreement without undue delay, but no later than <strong data-start=\"1619\" data-end=\"1630\">14 days<\/strong> after receiving the withdrawal notice.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1852\">The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the returned product or until the buyer has provided proof that the product has been returned, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"2118\">If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to reimburse the additional delivery costs exceeding the cost of the standard delivery method.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2120\" data-end=\"2355\">The Online Store reserves the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and request the return of the goods if the product price displayed in the Online Store was significantly below the market price due to an obvious pricing error.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-section-id=\"17zcvl3\" data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"29\">Right to Submit a Complaint<\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"31\" data-end=\"257\">The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within <strong data-start=\"187\" data-end=\"204\">two (2) years<\/strong> from the date the goods were delivered to the buyer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"259\" data-end=\"461\">During the <strong data-start=\"270\" data-end=\"284\">first year<\/strong> after delivery, it is presumed that any defect already existed at the time the goods were handed over to the buyer. The burden of proving otherwise rests with the Online Store.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"463\" data-end=\"640\">If a defect becomes apparent, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within <strong data-start=\"552\" data-end=\"566\">two months<\/strong> by sending an email to <strong data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"608\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"606\">info@amyvi.com<\/a><\/strong> or by calling <strong data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"639\">+372 5345654<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"642\" data-end=\"758\">The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"923\">If a product purchased from the Online Store has a defect for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective product.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"1055\">If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all payments made under the sales agreement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1194\">The Online Store will respond to the consumer&#8217;s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within <strong data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1193\">15 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1199\" \/>\n<h1 data-section-id=\"enkxse\" data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1251\">Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data<\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1379\">The Online Store uses the personal data provided by the buyer solely for processing orders and delivering the purchased goods.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1510\">The Online Store transfers personal data to shipping service providers only for the purpose of delivering the goods to the buyer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1726\">The Online Store sends newsletters and promotional offers to the buyer&#8217;s email address only if the buyer has given consent by subscribing through the website and agreeing to receive direct marketing communications.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1728\" data-end=\"1910\">The buyer may unsubscribe from newsletters and promotional emails at any time by notifying us via email or by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each marketing email.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1912\" data-end=\"1915\" \/>\n<h1 data-section-id=\"1y346rm\" data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"1937\">Dispute Resolution<\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"1939\" data-end=\"2085\">If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should contact us by email at <strong data-start=\"2034\" data-end=\"2052\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2036\" data-end=\"2050\">info@amyvi.com<\/a><\/strong> or by phone at <strong data-start=\"2068\" data-end=\"2084\">+372 5345654<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2087\" data-end=\"2279\">If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve a dispute through mutual agreement, the buyer has the right to \u043e\u0431\u0440\u0430\u0442\u0438\u0442\u044c\u0441\u044f \u0432 <strong data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2250\">Consumer Disputes Committee<\/strong> (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2281\" data-end=\"2410\">Information about the procedure and the application form is available on the official website of the Consumer Disputes Committee.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2412\" data-end=\"2549\">The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2551\" data-end=\"2636\">Review of the buyer&#8217;s complaint by the Consumer Disputes Committee is free of charge.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2638\" data-end=\"2773\">The buyer may also use the <strong data-start=\"2665\" data-end=\"2724\">European Union Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform<\/strong> to resolve disputes related to online purchases.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS The owner of the online store AmyVi (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is AmyVi O\u00dc (Registry Code: 12345678), located in Tallinn, Estonia.
